Do you ship in discrete packaging?
Yes. All our products are shipped in discrete packaging, either plain blue bag, or plain brown box, your credit card will show RVB on the statement.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It actually depends how busy we are, and if the item is in stock. If it's on our 'Available Now' page, then it will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving your order, all other orders are made-to-order and depending on how busy our workshop is, it will take between 3 and 6 weeks for your order to be dispatched. If you do not receive your item within 8 weeks, please contact us.

Do you do made to measure?
Yes, we will ask you for full details by email. Discounts and offers are not applicable to made to measure items.

How do I pay?
Payment is taken by PayPal secure payments, or Google Checkout, both are available on our checkout, and both take all major credit cards. If you already have an account with either then your payment will be very quick.

Can I change my order?
Generally no, but if you get back to us within 48 hours, we can probably change your order without any difficulties.

Can I cancel my order?
If you get back to us within 7 days of your order, yes. This is according to the UK distance selling regulations. You have a 7 day cooling off period.

Can I return my order?
If you have not worn the item, and it was not made-to-measure, yes. If you had the item made to measure I'm afraid we cannot accept returns unless the item was obviously damaged in transit. Items that are personalised or custom are not covered by distance selling regulations.

Do you have a retail premises?
We are an online retailer only, and do not have a showroom or shop. This allows us to pass on the savings to you.

What's the best way to get into rubber?
Talc! Lightly dust the inside of the garment with talc, then you should be able to slide into it easily. It's even easier if you've just had a shower and have dried off.

How do I get a nice shine?
There's plenty of ways to get a nice shine, we do not sell shine spray because we do not have a prefered one, and everyone is different, however we do find that Silicone Spray (please make sure it doesn't have any petroleum based products in it) is best for a high shine, and Cocoon do a water based shine lotion that's also highly recommended for 'feeding' your rubber.

Where are your products manufactured?
Some products are produced for us by our workshop in Shanghai, and others are made in Germany by Blackstyle. Your products will be despatched directly from the workshop except available now items.
